  • Keep digital files accurate, organized, and complete

  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure inquiries are handled or delegated and followed up

  • Support the HOA management team by preparing correspondence, notices and packets and tracking activities

  • Support the Property Management team by monitoring and renewing rental licenses

  • Help ensure consistent application of Fair Housing standards and local regulations

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, welcoming, and hospitality-driven

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-focused

  • Confident managing multiple priorities at once

  • Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable with technology (Outlook, Teams, AppFolio a plus!)

  • A great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, or admin support (preferred)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check
