Pay & Training
- Training Pay: $16/hr (first 2 weeks)
- After Training: $19–$25/hr based on performance, reliability, and client satisfaction

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights or weekends
What You’ll Do
- Clean residential and light commercial properties in the Rochester area
- Follow proven checklists and systems to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Create a positive experience that truly wows clients
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Reliable, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in delivering excellent service
