As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate care and assistance with daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Help residents with mobility and exercise as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Minnesota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
