Sioux Falls Truck & Trailer is looking to fill our Diesel Technician position.

A Diesel Service Technician must be able to:
- Diagnose and repair equipment including compactors, excavators, loaders and other heavy construction equipment
- Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed
- Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed
- Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records
Qualifications:
- Two year technical degree and/or equivalent job experience in the diesel/equipment field..
- Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems.
- Previous experience working on equipment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills.
- Computer, written and verbal communication skills.
