Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
• Educate clients on the importance of insurance coverage
• Develop customized insurance plans to meet individual needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensing and certification in insurance sales (will provide training if necessary)
• High school diploma or equivalent
