Join Us as an Outside Plant Resident at FARR Technologies!

Job Responsibilities:

• As an Outside Plant Resident, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and installation of all outside plant facilities.
• You will ensure that all OSP projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement OSP plans.
• Perform regular inspections of OSP equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in outside plant operations.
• Knowledge of OSP construction methods and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range / Work Hours:

• Starting pay from $67,000 to $81,000 including overtime, depending on experience
• Construction Season Hours - M-S 7 am to 7 pm depending on construction crew work hours
• Off Season Hours - M-F 8 am to 5 pm
